HISPANISIMO: ON CANAL AMERICA- THE FIRST SUNDAY IN OCTOBER
A Global Cultural Celebration For Hispanic Heritage Month

HISPANISIMO is The Soul of Latin America.

HISPANISIMO is back for Hispanic Heritage Month. HISPANISIMO is a virtual celebration that showcases the best of Latin culture in the U.S.A. and beyond.

From El Barrio to East LA, Yucatan to Tierra del Fuego, from Old San Juan to Madrid; traditions may differ, but what brings Latinos together is one singular trait: Spanish. 700 million people beating with one heart, all united by one language.

Group CKV is once again producing HISPANISIMO, an annual virtual event that celebrates the fascinating history of Hispanic culture and its influence in becoming the new mainstream.

Argentinian vocalist Soleil will perform during the HISPANISIMO broadcast

This program is the story of more than 21 nations and territories, living, working, enhancing the way of life in the continental United States. It will highlight a rich heritage through the tapestry of music, dance, gastronomy, the arts, and fashion.

More importantly it will shine a light upon those who serve as role models, and showcase the best Hispanics have to offer.

The pandemic has disproportionately affected Hispanic communities and may pose challenges and prevent us from the festivities we’re used to, but it will not dampen our spirits. Latinos will rise to the challenge.

HISPANISIMO will be broadcast by Canal America, reaching the Tri State Area (New York, New Jersey & Connecticut), with a national broadcast by OPTIMUM. The show will also be seen though multiple digital platforms including Canal America’s YouTube and Facebook channels, The Cable System in Dominican Republic, Sistema de Cable Telenord, Canal 307, Telecable Canal 21 and Telecable Retevisa Canal 65, and globally through VivaLiveTV.

HISPANISIMO is a cultural celebration that can touch everyone, and reach anyone in any corner of the planet – all they need is a device and an internet connection.
